Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
1st cancellation you are allowed to reschedule if given the 48 hours notice.
After 2nd cancellation you will have to send another non refundable deposit to book appointment. 3rd cancellation you will no longer be able to book with me.
No Show Policy
You have proven to me that you do not care about my time or others and have failed to give me the 24 hr notice so you will be automatically blocked and will be charged the FULL amount of the service.
Late policy
I do have a 5 minute grace period if you go over your 5 mins your appointment will be cancelled unless you’ve communicated with me and I say otherwise. If you’re appointment does get cancelled please reach out and I will happily reschedule you. I always suggest clients show up at least 5-10mins before appointment.
I understand life happens and I’m more than willing to work with your schedule if you communicate with me.
If you are sick PLEASE do not come in I will happily reschedule you when you’re feeling better.
